1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 7reel and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 7reel online gaming platform available at 7reel.org (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered by 7reel, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, promotional offers, and customer support services.

3. Account Registration and Security

7reel reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon withdrawal requests, and during periodic account reviews. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

7reel accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are generally credited to your 7reel account balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. In cases where a deposit is not reflected within a reasonable timeframe, you should contact the 7reel support team with proof of transaction for manual verification.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The account holder has completed identity verification (KYC) as required by 7reel;
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold;
• No active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding that restrict withdrawal of the relevant funds;
• The account is in good standing with no active fraud investigations or disputes.

7reel does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7reel accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7reel offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the point of the promotional offer and on the applicable promotion page.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 7reel promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is specified in each promotion's individual terms.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 7reel Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. 7reel does not alter or manipulate game outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages are determined by each game provider and apply consistently to all players on the Platform.

Players are expected to engage with the Platform in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

9. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, network outages, or server errors beyond 7reel's reasonable control;

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 7reel's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10. Account Closure and Termination

Players may request closure of their 7reel account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain that restrict the withdrawal of those funds.

7reel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during verification;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward 7reel staff or other players;
• Any regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority compelling account closure.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, 7reel reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account pending investigation, and to forfeit funds where a breach is confirmed.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 7reel Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific wager, game outcome, or account transaction, players should first attempt resolution by contacting the 7reel customer support team and providing full details of the dispute. 7reel commits to investigating all disputes in good faith and providing a written response within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, either party may seek resolution through applicable legal channels under Philippine law. 7reel will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation conducted by PAGCOR or any other competent authority with jurisdiction over the matter.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

7reel collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 7reel Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 7reel is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of platform services and communications. 7reel will not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
